Here is one that we really love from the standpoint of look, balance, and structural build.  He is truly problem free, while still having all of the extras it takes to generate winning barrows. Papi Grande has been utilized heavily in our program over the years, and while he has done a great job in generating winning barrows, his biggest influence will continue to be his daughters.  You will see Papi show up on the bottom side of many of the pedigrees of hogs produced here, as his daughters are extremely sound, functional, big centered, and productive.  If you need to add productivity, and center body without sacrificing width, bone, and muscle, Papi Grande is a homerun choice. Crown Royal 4-6 won the youngest class in Duncan 2012, and has been arguably the most consistent red boar we’ve ever used!  In his first crop, in one litter alone, we raised two premium sale barrows in Houston (including the popular 3^rd place barrow pictured above), along with 3 replacement females.  He consistently makes them sound, functional, bold chested, big centered, and extremely attractive.  He will continue to see heavy use in our program, and we look forward to the impact his daughters will make moving forward!
